Dockside Green is a 15 acre LEED® platinum harbourfront community development indowntown Victoria. Number TEN is designing two levels of attainable housing over a main level of commercial/industrial space. The sixteen micro suites will be designed to the new LEED® for Homes program. The emphasis is providing full condominium living in under 400 square foot units for singles and couples.

East District Police Station
The East District Police Station is a secure and specialized facility designed for the Winnipeg Police Service. A single storey structure, operating on a 24/7 basis, the building features prisoner holding rooms, evidence processing, and interview rooms. It is located at 1750 Dugald Road within St. Boniface Industrial Park.

Estevan Arena
The 100,000 sq. ft. arena and convention facility is an addition to the Souris Valley Leisure Centre. The facility accommodates 2,650 for hockey games and 3,650 for concerts with 24 private suites.
