Number TEN Architectural Group is proud to announce the promotion of Laurène Bachand to our Leadership Team as an Associate. Laurène is an architect and the Studio Lead of Number TEN’s Residential and Commercial Studio. She has played a central role in growing the firm’s residential portfolio into one of the largest and fastest growing segments of Number TEN’s practice.

Since joining Number TEN in 2014, Laurene has consistently exhibited thoroughness in her approach to project delivery and client service which led her to become the Residential and Commercial Studio Lead in 2017. Laurene has successfully completed more than twenty-five buildings working with respected local and national commercial and residential developers. Her knowledge of building code, accessible design, building construction technology, and BIM have been optimized to deliver successful and efficient projects on time and on budget.

Laurène is passionate about revitalizing spaces in her community through her expertise in architecture. She co-initiated a community-based ideas design competition in 2018 called On the Docks which invited residents to explore the untapped potential of the abandoned Alexander Docks in downtown Winnipeg.

Laurène has demonstrated a personal commitment to creative, beautiful, and effective design. Her versatility and aptitude for problem solving has allowed her to successfully manage several challenging projects making her an asset to the Leadership Team.
