This 5-building rental complex is within the vibrant Grove on 17 commercial development in the south east neighbourhood of Tamarack in Edmonton. The balconies and large windows offer direct views to the Fulton Marsh Wetland near the site. The 6-storey low-rise buildings feature a contemporary mix of metal siding, cement board and stone cladding articulated to animate the facades and create visual interest.

The pet-friendly development includes 347 rental units ranging from studios to 3-bedrooms apartments with high-end finishes. A central clubhouse is accessible to all residents through heavily landscaped pedestrian pathways. The amenity space includes a 24/7 fitness facility and indoor lounge with views to an outdoor pool surrounded by a landscaped common area with bbqs and firepits.

Deveraux Developments and Number TEN have worked closely to develop this large-scale complex. Number TEN’s role was to lead the master planning and architectural scope from predesign to occupancy.
