Latitude 49 at Sage Creek
Currently under construction in Winnipeg’s fast-growing Sage Creek neighbourhood, Latitude 49 will be an upscale rental complex offering an impressive blend of quality suites, state of the art amenities, and stylish contemporary design features. Containing 398 premiere rental units ranging from 1,100 sq. ft.-three-bedroom apartments, to 450 sq. ft. micro suites, the seven-building complex will feature landscaped plazas and pathways, outdoor pool, common patio areas, fitness facilities, commercial retail spaces and a dazzling central clubhouse.
Each suite features a modern floorplan with high-end interior finishes and large windows and balconies offering exquisite views to the common areas and surrounding Sage Creek community. The buildings range in height from three to six storeys, each composed of a unique blend of masonry, cement board and metal siding creatively arranged for visual interest and suburban curb appeal. The development is designed to be pedestrian friendly, with well-planned pathways seamlessly connecting the tree-filled site with its shared community spaces. A large landscaped feature plaza connected to the clubhouse welcomes residents and guests with a fire pit, barbeques, outdoor lounge areas and a community dog-park.
Working with Deveraux Developments, Number TEN led the master planning and architectural scope for the project and is currently providing construction administration services until completion. Latitude 49 is being constructed in a phased approach, with total completion of all seven buildings expected in 2021.
