Number TEN is working with Graham Construction and Sunstone Resort Communities to develop a modern 78-suite apartment complex on prime real estate in Winnipeg’s Osborne Village. The complex will feature 78 suites ranging in size from 650-900 sq. ft. complete with underground and surface parking.

180 Roslyn apartments will reflect the unique architectural and urban character of Osborne Village, blending in to the neighbourhood while offering marvelous views of the bustling community recently named Canada’s Best Neighbourhood by the Canadian Institute for Planners. The seven-storey complex includes ground-level units with sidewalk connectivity designed to bring the energy of the street into the living spaces without impeding views.

The project, currently under construction, is designed to the new Model National Energy Code of Canada for Buildings, one of the first apartment projects in Winnipeg to incorporate the new guidelines.
