Summit at Seasons

Summit at Seasons is a six-building luxury apartment complex situated in a rapidly growing area in southwest Winnipeg. Located within the boundary of the Seasons retail power-centre, the high-density residential development consists of five apartment complexes that surround a central clubhouse offering a range of amenities including administrative space, an outdoor swimming pool, commercial-grade gym, games room and stylish lounge.

The project was delivered using a phased construction approach, following a sequential building permitting process to reduce costs and achieve an accelerated design and construction schedule. The complex contains four wood frame four-storey apartment buildings containing one and two-bedroom suites ranging from 722 to 1018 sq. ft. The fifth apartment complex on the site is larger six-storey building featuring contemporary one, two and three-bedroom suites that vary from 610 - 1,339 sq. ft.
