ABOUT
Indigenous Development
Our experience speaks.
We’ve collaborated closely with Indigenous leaders and community members on vital infrastructure projects, from schools, housing to community centres and health facilities. Whether in Nunavut, Northern Manitoba, Northwestern Ontario, or urban centers like Winnipeg, we are committed to meaningful engagement.
Working in good relations.
It’s a way of practice. Our engagement approach, rooted in IAP2 (International Association of Public Participation) principles, ensures diverse voices shape the decisions. From sharing circles to traditional ceremonies, we create safe, welcoming spaces for dialogue, fostering connections across generations.
Two-Eyed Seeing.
A method to see from both perspectives, taking the strengths from both Western and Indigenous knowledge. Two-Eyed Seeing in design allows us to design beautiful, industry-leading buildings with the grounded and cultural understanding from an Indigenous lens.
Storytelling through design.
Meaningful design is reflective of its users and tells a compelling story. Our design will seek ways to celebrate Indigenous communities showcasing their voices, languages, and artwork.
