Lastly, our post-construction services guarantee that our designs continue to fulfill our clients’ requirements well beyond the completion of construction.

Interior Design

Number TEN has a large, full-service integrated interior design team that have designed a wide variety interiors projects in our portfolio. Our designers are up-to-date with the latest advances and industry trends and will work together with you to reach your design goals.

Our Interior Designers specialize in space planning and function and have expertise in materials, furniture, equipment, and color selections. Additionally, our experience in move management and project phasing is an added value, facilitating smooth project delivery, resulting in minimal disruptions during construction.

Adaptive Reuse and Retrofitting

With a strong commitment to sustainability, we recognize the value of revitalizing existing structures into practical, environmentally kind, and visually appealing spaces. Our dedicated Technical Knowledge Communities continually push boundaries, offering innovative solutions that set new standards for design excellence.

In addition to architectural renderings, we excel in using advanced visualization tools like Lumion software to create 3D flythrough videos. These videos, enriched with music, lighting effects, and animations, not only captivate but also serve practical purposes such as supporting fundraising efforts and setting your marketing apart from the competition.

Creative Support Services
