About YOU
We are seeking a creative, empathetic and collaborative individual to join us in the role of Interior Designer. The successful candidate will work as part of a focused team to be responsible for interior design focused projects including conceptual, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of commercial interior design, industry standards, and building codes.
- Demonstrates excellent design and communication skills.
- Understands technical aspects of material selections such as assemblies and implications of their use including infection control and harm prevention.
- Knowledge of interior detailing, construction documents and industry standards.
- Experience in commercial office planning would be preferred.
- Experience with universal design strategies, including accessibility & inclusivity.
- Experience with move management would be an asset.
- Excellent organizational, and time management skills.
- Experience coordinating with consultants is preferred.
- Proficiency in Vectorworks is preferred, proficiency in AutoCAD is acceptable alternative.
Qualifications:
- Interior Design degree at a CIDA accredited institution, or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years experience

- Salary range: $50,000 – $60,000 based on experience & skills
