Greg is a distinguished partner and Practice Leader at Number TEN Architectural Group, bringing over 30 years of experience leading a diverse range of complex projects across education, commercial, multi-unit residential, and community-focused sectors. Known for his passionate and empathetic approach, Greg excels in asking insightful questions that drive honest dialogue, reflecting his unwavering commitment to achieving excellence and meaningful impact through architectural collaboration.

Greg has a long history of working with Indigenous communities and has led the firm’s response to the Truth & Reconciliation Calls to Action. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with over 18 different Indigenous communities across northern Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and Nunavut.

Greg is widely recognized for his leadership in 21st-century learning environments, where his expertise in pedagogically-informed design has led to transformative spaces that support diverse forms of learning. His work has significantly influenced school design and construction, as evidenced by his collaboration with Edmonton Public Schools and many other school divisions across western Canada. His influential work in this area has been showcased at global conferences and has contributed to numerous award-winning projects, including significant contributions to post-secondary education facilities at the University of Manitoba and the University of Winnipeg.

Greg serves as a board member for the YMCA-YWCA of Winnipeg and the Association for Learning Environments (A4LE) Saskatchewan Chapter, demonstrating his dedication to community advancement. Beyond education design, his portfolio includes iconic spaces such as the Forks Market and community-centric projects like the West Broadway Commons Residential Tower and the Red River Métis National Heritage Centre.

Greg has been instrumental in leading Number TEN to be recognized as One of Canada’s Best Managed Companies, achieving Platinum status under his stewardship—one of only 22 firms in Manitoba. As Practice Leader, he champions forward-thinking strategies, harnessing his foresight and enthusiasm to tackle new challenges, and create abundant opportunities for development in architecture. His leadership was further recognized when he was named one of five Winnipeg entrepreneur finalists in the 2018 EY Entrepreneur of The Year Awards Prairies program.
