Robin Lalonde Joins Leadership as Associate at Number TEN
August 1, 2025

We’re thrilled to announce that Robin Lalonde has been promoted to Associate at Number TEN Architectural Group. Over her 20-year career with the firm, Robin has led the interior design of some of Number TEN’s most celebrated projects in the education, commercial, retail, and institutional sectors.
Robin brings care and clarity to everything she touches. Her work has earned national recognition, including Prairie Design and Design IS Awards for the LEED Gold Certified Douglas Park School in Regina, SK. She was also the lead interior designer behind two of Winnipeg’s flagship sustainability projects: the Richardson College for the Environment and Science Complex and the Axworthy Health & RecPlex – both of which achieved LEED Gold certification. Robin continues to earn the trust of clients and collaborators through her calm confidence, active listening, and a design process that clearly centres client’s goals.
Most recently, she led the interior design for the Toba Centre for Children & Youth – a project recognized with a 2025 AIA Justice Facility Review Award for its compassionate, purpose-driven approach. She is currently leading the design for the new Sage Creek Bonavista K–8 School in Winnipeg. Both projects reflect her ongoing commitment to creating inclusive, community-focused environments that respond to the needs of their users with intention.
Beyond her design contributions, Robin is known and appreciated for her mentorship. She has quietly and steadily helped shape the next generation of interior designers at Number TEN, guiding emerging designers to take on complex challenges with confidence.
Robin’s promotion reflects not only her talent as a designer, but the integrity, generosity, and leadership she brings to our practice.
Please join us in congratulating her on this well-deserved achievement.
