Marnie is a registered architect and project manager at Number TEN, with over 19 years of experience in delivering complex projects across the education, institutional, civic, and non-profit sectors. Her enthusiasm for design with a social purpose enables her to work effectively with large client groups and multi-disciplinary teams. She holds the NCI Charrette Management and Facilitation™ Certificate from Michigan State University and is trained as a public engagement facilitator under the International Association of Public Participation program. Marnie is happiest when managing collaborative design processes that bring together diverse voices into meaningful design solutions.
Marnie is known for her diligence, organization, and leadership skills, honed from a background in team sports. She is an advocate for designing to the edges, believing that what is essential for some can benefit all. Marnie also co-chairs the Stakeholder Engagement Knowledge Community, where she explores innovative and participatory methods for collaborating and co-creating with stakeholders throughout the design process.
Marnie became an associate in 2024, further demonstrating her commitment to excellence in client relations and community engagement.
