About YOU
We are seeking a creative, dynamic, and energetic individual to join us in the role of Interior Designer. The successful candidate will work as part of a team and be responsible for the interior aspects of the project including conceptual, design development and construction documentation.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of commerical interiod design, industry standards, and building codes.
- Experience in programming and space planning.
- Demonstrates excellent design and communication skills.
- Knowledge of interior detailing, construction documents and industry standards.
- Excellent collaboration, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Revit and working in a BIM environment.
- Proficiency in 3D rendering software such as Enscape, Lumion and/or V-ray preferred.
- Experience coordinating consultants preferred.
Qualifications:
- Interior Design degree at a CIDA accredited institution.
- Registration, or immediate eligibility to register with PIDIM; NCIDQ qualification is an asset.
- Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience providing interior design services.
