Falcon Lake Golf Course Clubhouse

The project is a new construction wood frame 5,125 sq. ft golf clubhouse with pro-shop, offices, storage/workshop, 100 seat dining/lounge, kitchen, bar, and support spaces including washrooms, service spaces and janitorial. Site development includes a 1500 sq.ft. outdoor patio, parking resurfacing, new drop off loop, grading and landscaping around the building.

Innovative features include exposed glue laminated timber framing and conventional wood framing and sustainable features such as composite wood products and laminate adhesives used on the interior of the building that contain no added urea formaldehyde.
